My goal is offering the best experience for relaxing treatment and melting stress away. Cancellation Policy
A confirmation text message and email is sent 72 hours in advance. Please confirm or cancel the appointment.
Cancelling an appointment with less than 72 hours notice, weekends included, will incur a 50% fee charge of the schedule service.
Same day cancellations 50% fee will be charged of the schedule service.
No-Show 100% fee will be charged of the schedule service.
A non refundable 50% deposit is required after two weeks of rebooking or cancellling the appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the service.
There is 24 hours notice to change or rebooking your appointment.
If you are feeling sick like cold, fever or fever blisters please contact me in advance to reschedule via email or call me.
STUDIO POLICY
No children allowed or teens under 17 without being accompanied by adult.
No guests.
WAXING
Please discontinue the use of retinols and vitamin A 3-4 days prior to appointment
Will not be performed if on Accutane medication.
